Victoria was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Very patiently waiting for me to send over my voice recording for the audio book whilst I kept pushing it further down my to do list on the days leading up to my wedding. Victoria offered fantastic customer service throughout the whole process, by keeping me up to date, delivering and setting up the audio book, offering endless advice and support. I've recommended Top it off to everyone I know. I'm beyond grateful for what Victoria has been able to offer me! I've now got the most beautiful and heartwarming audio clips of the most important and precious people in my life. Some of these who won't be here for much longer, I now have life long audios to go back and listen too whenever I need. Victoria was very fast at returning our clips to us. When listening to them, I was brought to tears! Honestly something I can't recommend enough to anyone. If your considering it, all I can say is go for it! You won't regret it. Oh my goodness! Where to start. I literally have ZERO imagination / creativity when it comes to events, so thank GOD Tor knew exactly what I was looking for. She designed everything, made any tweaks I wanted, and the best bit (probably worst for her) was she got it all sent to me in record time! (Literally messaging her on a Monday about stuff I needed for the coming Saturday… ooops!!) I honestly couldn’t have been happier with the finished product, the attention to detail, listening to my wants, suggesting cute ideas for me to use, it was all perfect. A huge difference for an event, with those personalised touches it looked amazing & it was all so reasonably priced. I 100% will be using again and again and again with any event I will do! Well, Top it Off did it all! From the welcome sign to the named flutes, everything for my girls hen do was effortlessly personalised with the help of Top it Off and their designs. Victoria was helpful and gave me lots of inspiration for the event. Prices were reasonable too!
